Hi, I am Tim. I live in Arizona. Even with it being a desert, there are great lakes to explore. I am a mountain bike athlete and coach a high school mountain bike club for my son’s team.

I love being outdoors and try different things about sports. This time, I wanted to give paddle boarding a try, to help with keeping balance. It was quick to pick up and love helping others I have been with learn how to not only balance but feel more comfortable out on the water. I took up paddle boarding to be a cross training activity to work my core, legs and arms, besides being close to the water to cool off. It's my honer to meet Swonder and they give me a great experience as a newbie in paddle boarding.

Hi My name is Mike, born and raised in Minnesota. I love all things outdoors especially anything water related. Minnesota is the land of 10,000 lakes which inspired me to start my own paddle board company Sup Minnesota LLC. Swonder has been a awesome company to work with. We love their boards and so do our customers. We currently use them for Rentals and yoga classes. We are excited to grow and expand the Swonder brand and business along with offering repairs, services and sales. Hope to see you on the water! 🏄‍♀️ 🌊

Duck Duck! Hi my friends! I am Ben! Actually I am a girl but my parents call me Ben. Never mind, I want to tell you guys that this thing is so cool! I like to try something cool and special, Swonder give me that chance! I never try to stand 'on' the water, it seems like a little bit scary at first. But when I saw my parents having great fun with the paddle boards, I try my best to stand on it! I did! I love that feeling!

Hi! My name is Luisana and I am originally from Venezuela. I am a Civil Engineer and Urban Planner by profession. Entrepreneur by nature, innovative and enthusiastic. My passion is to serve and live the city through the senses.

Currently I lead Huellas Latinas, through which I develop community projects in various areas. I am deeply committed to the empowerment of women and emerging leaders, as well as the human and sustainable development of communities.

I work as an Engineering Aide II in the Traffic Engineering Division with the city of Saint Paul. I volunteer on the boards of the Twins Cities Society of Hispanic Professionals Engineering (SHPE-TC) and Mujeres Latinas Unidas MN. I am also an English student and a Spanish teacher at the International Institute of Minnesota.

The best way to get to know the city is by experiencing it through its public and natural spaces, understanding its history and discovering its secrets. Outdoor activities became my best ally to maintain my physical and mental health, and with it, I got to know the city and build meaningful memories. This summer I have been adding new skills to my outdoor adventures. One of the most fun and incredible has been paddle boarding for the first time in my life with Swonder boards. Now this activity is part of my life. I am proud to be their ambassador and to spread the Latino community to try this sport.

Hi my name is Stephani for those of you who may not know me yet. I am an ambassador for @swonderdirect . I am a mom of ✌🏼 and married to my high school sweetheart! When we are not out at sports, or the gym, you will find us on the water! We love the great outdoors. Paddle boarding is a huge part of our life! We each have a child on our board, and off we go to explore! Making memories is what we live for.

Hey there! I'm Tiffany. I grew up in New Jersey but have been enjoying life in Tennessee for the last couple of years! I am happily married with five children and a miniature homestead, raising pigs and chickens.

We love exploring the waterfalls, lakes, and rivers of this gorgeous state via paddle board and kayak. We're also avid hikers and geocachers. When you're in love with the outdoors and you move somewhere with this many beautiful places, it feels like everyday life is absolute paradise.

As often as possible, we love to get outside and live out our dreams surrounded by nature!

I came to the United States from Japan for the first time in 1978 as a high school exchange student. While living in Kansas City, KS for a year, I fell in love with this country and wanted to come back to live permanently in the U.S. In 1981, I returned to go to college in San Francisco. I studied photojournalism at San Francisco State University.

Since graduating from SFSU in 1985, I have worked for newspapers in California, Nevada, and Arizona for 23 years. I left the East Valley Tribune in 2007 to become a firefighter for the City of Scottsdale to pursue my boyhood dream.

Being a first responder, I needed a way to release the stress from my job. Earlier this year, a friend of mine Tim took me to the Salt River for paddleboarding. I instantly fell in love with it. It was so peaceful floating in the river. It was like a meditation.


As an ambassador for Swonder, I am looking forward to spreading the joy of paddleboarding to my family and my friends. Who wouldn't need time to chill nowadays, right?
